Nonlinear Frequency Conversion and Imaging

Our research focuses on developing robust frequency conversion methods for broadband laser sources and efficient infrared imaging. In the past decade, we have developed a novel method that overcomes the traditional trade-off between conversion efficiency and operating bandwidth for broadband source conversion. We have demonstrated the potential for achieving scalable and efficient frequency conversion through a series of experimental works utilizing adiabatic dynamics.
